BC Employment Program (BCEP) is a Ministry of Housing and Social Development funded program, delivered in partnership with GT Hiring Solutions. CMHA Kootenays offers BCEP in the communities of Nakusp, New Denver, Silverton, Golden, Spillimacheen, Harrogate and Parsons, Invermere, Raduim, Fairmont, and Kimberley
Program Objectives:
- Assist employable clients to reach sustained independence as quickly as possible through employment.
- Assist client with barriers to employment to achieve increased employability and connections with community services; and
- Achieve flexiblity and administrative efficiencies in employment programing.
