ASIST
Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide first aid. ASIST teaches participants to recognize when someone may have thoughts of suicide and work with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety.

MHFA Adults who Interact with Youth is intended for an adult audience whose primary focus is youth (aged 14-25). Participants who take this course are well prepared to interact confidently about mental health with the young people in their lives, including at schools, extra-curricular activities, social services, family, friends, and communities.

Mental Health in the Workplace
Mental Health in the Workplace is a fee for service 2 hour workshop via Zoom or in-person.
Mental Health First Aid Certification – 12 Hour
MHFA Certification (12 hour) training provides the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to support a person who may be experiencing a decline in their mental well-being, a mental health or substance use crisis until professional help is available.
Mental Health First Aid Essentials – 6 Hours
MHFA Essentials 6-hour training is a suite of courses, focused on core knowledge and practical skills. The courses do not lead to Certification.
Mental Health at Work – on the Front Lines
This fee for service 4-hour course helps those working in the front line to navigate challenging behaviours from persons served who may be experiencing a mental illness.
Awareness of Mental Health at Work Training
This fee for service 4 hour workshop is designed to build comfort in talking about mental health and mental illness and learn how to respond in a supportive way to co-workers who may be experiencing a mental illness.
Take a Break Support Group
Take A Break Support Group is a supportive and welcoming space for parents and caregivers of children/youth under the age of 19 who experience varying levels of mental wellness needs, including diagnosed or suspected autism and/or ADHD.
